Headley has expanded its digital printing division with investment in a cutting-edge HP Indigo 7800 Digital Printing Press. The new press will join the company’s existing Kodak Nexpress SE2500 and Canon DP135; bolstering its digital printing capacity whilst offering optimal print quality and extensive in-line solutions to its publishing and marketing clients.
The HP Indigo 7800 enables the printing of 5-colour work (Pantone colours), white ink, inline embossing, and dimensional (3D) printing. The press enables the use of a wide range of substrates, up to a robust 450 micron; whilst providing market-leading image quality that is ideal for a variety of marketing and corporate applications including publishing, personalised direct mail, marketing collateral, corporate reporting and fine art printing.
Will Inshaw, Operations Director at Headley, commented, “The investment in the HP Indigo 7800 forms part of our continual investment in this growing side of our business. The new press offers enhanced productivity, to support our continued growth, together with optimal print quality.”
